Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our core AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, ethics, and AGI capabilities.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead research and development initiatives to reduce latency and increase inference accuracy in real-time environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical problems and delivering high-impact solutions.
