- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Author thought leadership content and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting global innovation ecosystems
- Drive organizational culture transformation to embrace agile adaptation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment frameworks
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CFIP)
