Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the design and implementation of distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with zero latency.
- Product Roadmap: Define the technical vision for the 2026 product release, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging AI trends.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of deep learning models for inference efficiency, focusing on edge computing and on-device processing.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance culture of engineering excellence, providing technical mentorship to senior data scientists and software engineers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust architectural blueprints.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure AI deployment is safe, transparent, and bias-free.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, high-availability systems at scale.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions in ambiguous environments.
