Responsibilities

- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to implement cutting-edge Machine Learning models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the convergence of Quantum Computing and AI.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality output.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience in designing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
