The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will define the technical roadmap for our 2026 initiatives, ensuring our models are not only efficient but also ethically aligned with global standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning frameworks for predictive analytics.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers in R&D for autonomous agents.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical requirements into innovative solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of NLP and Computer Vision architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams.
