Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design scalable, robust, and future-proof AI systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and neural network complexities.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures optimized for edge computing and quantum integration.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical vision for Nexus Horizon, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and rigorously monitor system latency, accuracy, and throughput to maintain industry-leading standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential architectural bottlenecks and implement preemptive solutions to ensure system stability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architect or senior AI engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI/ML models. Familiarity with Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
