Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for AI integration, forecasting emerging trends in AGI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Networks.
- System Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructures that support high-volume data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business insights for C-level executives and product teams.
- Vendor & Tool Selection: Evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms and open-source frameworks to optimize performance and cost.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain the highest engineering standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior architects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical transformations and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems in dynamic environments.
