Responsibilities
- Define and architect the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning models, optimizing for performance, latency, and cost.
- Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all systems deployed as part of the 2026 ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge developments in AI, Cloud Computing, and Distributed Systems to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
