Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Design high-level system architectures that are scalable, resilient, and secure.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge models and frameworks.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in MLOps, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies.
- Define performance benchmarks and ensure system reliability under high load.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical partners effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a Senior Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or similar languages, with a focus on AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong background in designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus.
