- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters, optimizing model training cycles and reducing energy consumption.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the AI division, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, quantum machine learning) for integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all 2026 architectural standards adhere to global AI safety and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and distributed systems; proven experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
