In this role, you will lead a world-class team of researchers and engineers, pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI products, from model architecture design to scalable deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI/ML systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Drive the research and development of state-of-the-art generative models, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the deployment of LLMs into production environments, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Perform rigorous model evaluation and continuous monitoring to improve performance over time.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing.
- Strong background in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing Large Language Models.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
