- Architect and oversee the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI evolution, specifically targeting 2026 readiness and AGI integration.
- Lead a team of elite machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure rigorous data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI compliance standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing platforms.
- Optimize inference latency and model accuracy for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and state-of-the-art NLP techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Experience in deploying AI at scale within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
