Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Artificial Intelligence and GenAI technologies leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable AI systems, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the research and integration of emerging AI trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and data security within the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Data Science.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects and architectural transformations.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
