Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 2026 AI Core, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical alignment.
- Define the technical roadmap for future tech integration, including Generative AI, Quantum-ready infrastructure, and AR/VR interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate the 2026 vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous R&D on emerging technologies to prototype solutions for the next decade.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee system performance optimization and ensure high availability of our neural networks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
