Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and provide initial training on our software platform.
- Monitor client accounts for satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or value-add services.
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on user experience.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with key accounts to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
