Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up workstations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy system updates and security patches.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Office 365.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
