Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the onsite IT infrastructure and workstations during weekend hours.
- Assist staff with password resets, account access, and troubleshooting desktop environments.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to ensure seamless coverage and knowledge sharing.
- Perform regular system checks and updates to ensure security and stability.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk, technical support, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
