Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Provide efficient and professional technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- System Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
- Asset Administration: Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT equipment and ensure proper tagging and disposal procedures.
- Network Support: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, providing clear and concise guidance to staff.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop tools.
- Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose complex technical problems and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
