Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new workstations and devices.
- Collaborate with the Virginia office to ensure seamless remote connectivity.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software conflicts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
