Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Configure and deploy new workstations and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, changes, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
