Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols in Active Directory and Office 365.
- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to identify trends in system errors and propose preventative measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configuration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support business continuity.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
