Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 endpoints and Office 365 environments
- Monitor and resolve security incidents using SIEM tools like Splunk
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM deployment
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and SaaS applications
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in agile teams
