Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security scans.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve escalated technical problems.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding IT setup for new and departing employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or Microsoft MCSA is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
