Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage and resolve help desk tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security scans.
