- Measure and optimize innovation ROI using predictive analytics

Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record launching market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Certification in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Experience with innovation management platforms (e.g., Spigit, Brightidea)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
