Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Design and execute innovation pilots with Fortune 500 partners in healthcare, energy, and logistics sectors
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling investor pitches and ROI modeling
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and design thinking
- Present findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, Davos)
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite executives and government bodies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations brought to market
