Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or product development with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in AI/ML, circular economy, or human-centered design
- Strategic consulting background preferred (McKinsey/Bain/BCG)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD)
- Proficient in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
