Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive trends across 15+ industries
- Design prototype solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation challenges
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Manage innovation portfolios with $10M+ R&D budgets
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate-tech disruption
- Fluency in strategic visualization tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Tableau)
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
