Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership, with 5+ years in future-tech strategy (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-defining products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in emerging tech landscapes and regulatory frameworks (2026 horizon)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, influencing executive and investor audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 innovation milestones (patents, case studies, awards)
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) or futures studies
