- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Champion ethical tech frameworks for future deployments
- Identify emerging threats/opportunities in quantum/AI landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in senior leadership
- Proven track record scaling R&D initiatives to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- PMP or similar certification required
- Fluency in future-tech ecosystem dynamics
