Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven disruptive outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, Web3)

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong background in agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
