- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Proficient in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for after-hours support rotations
