Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents for both physical and digital records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for department heads.
- Process invoices and assist with basic payroll preparation.
- Perform light research and data verification as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Must be able to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to Austin, TX.
