Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Inspect equipment and products for damage, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of shipping lanes and receiving areas as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
