Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and inspect goods for any damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments and update inventory logs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (Class B or CDL preferred for specialized roles).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
