Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive professional to manage inventory levels, coordinate shipping schedules, and resolve logistics bottlenecks. This role is essential to our operations and offers a stable, high-impact position in one of the nation's key logistics hubs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full logistics cycle, including inbound and outbound freight.
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare accurate shipping documentation.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and troubleshoot logistical issues immediately.
- Maintain up-to-date records in our ERP systems and database.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding shipment status.
- Assist in the optimization of supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail.
