Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimization: Analyze and improve application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share technical knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Agile: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
