Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote access.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and ensure high-speed internet connectivity.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security audits.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Train end-users on best practices for cybersecurity and software utilization.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT management team to upgrade infrastructure as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex issues quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT is a plus.
