Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) infrastructure in El Paso.
- Configure, deploy, and manage end-user devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to protect company data.
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute technology upgrades and migrations.
- Document technical processes, incident reports, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide exceptional customer service and training to end-users on new systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience with VPNs, firewalls, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
