Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis: Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop Dashboards: Create and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Design and optimize database schemas and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
