Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for 150+ employees across hardware/software issues
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 systems and Microsoft 365 environments
- Execute network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and maintain service desk ticketing system
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and networking issues
- Experience with VoIP systems and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
