Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve incidents within SLA timeframes
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripheral devices
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment/service coordination
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
