Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting to source, screen, and place high-quality candidates for full-time roles in Denver, CO.
- Utilize advanced SEO strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize job postings and expand talent pipelines.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings via phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinating schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates within the local and national market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling full-time positions within a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate offers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
