Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic testing and repair of commercial and industrial equipment on-site.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure maximum operational uptime.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and parts usage accurately in the company CRM.
- Travel to client locations within the Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding regions.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in field service, maintenance, or a related technical trade.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
