Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify any damages.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding inventory needs.
- Perform basic inventory counts and data entry tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Basic math skills for inventory and package handling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
