Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Retention & Growth: Proactively monitor account health and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase upsell opportunities.
- Training & Enablement: Conduct regular training sessions and product webinars to empower clients with knowledge.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a voice for the customer, communicating critical feedback to the product and engineering teams.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and present regular performance reports to the management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive roles.
- SaaS Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and customer lifecycle management.
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of resolving complex client issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Seattle office (or hybrid schedule).
