- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Meet daily performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
