- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-contact environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings with minimal supervision
- Strong written/verbal communication in English
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
