Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with empathy and accuracy
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in CRM system
- Collaborate with technical and billing teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet daily performance metrics including call quality and resolution targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a BPO or corporate setting
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience highly valued)
- Exceptional communication skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
