Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions in CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
