Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve patient inquiries regarding insurance, billing, and appointments
- Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination
- Meet/exceed monthly service level agreement (SLA) targets
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Train new team members on customer service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in healthcare setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic or Cerner preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
- Must pass background check and drug screening
